Not concerned. Still eating healthy. After last three weeks of hardly being able to eat and then hospital last week, I'm feeling a bit better so eating okay last few days. Still within 1200 calories and all healthy so I know this adjustment will correct itself in the next few days.
79.7 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 9.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
