Dropped 700g yesterday so expected an adjustment today. I'm expecting my weight to bounce around a little until my body gets back into the swing of not being in ketosis.
79.1 kg Lost so far: 16.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
