Have you avoided restaurants in the past few days? Everyone massively underestimates the calories in a meal out (plus drinks). And when they eat at home, things come back under control, and the scale reflects it. Just a thought. Great drop, anyway!

Hooray! If you're not sure how you've done it then you've probably done it exactly the right way, by non-conscious choices - and you're probably thinking now 'but I've been making some choices that I was aware of' but I'm saying, probably a lot less conscious choices than before due to some of it becoming 2nd nature - and hey does anyone know what 3rd nature might be? I've no idea, but wouldn't it be cool if there was a 3rd nature?.
