It has been a pretty terrible week, feeling sick and diet wasn't too great.
This entry surprised me. I had expected to remain the same or even gain something. I will give it some time and see how it affects me.
120 kg Lost so far: 55.8 kg.    Still to go: 35 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
