It's going down again albeit slowly but 100g a day is a good rate. Equates to 700g for a week and we know losing half a kilo to 1 kg per week is the ideal eight loss if you want to maintain the loss.
76.3 kg Lost so far: 19.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
