It seems like I have been going downhill - not my weight but my plan. I was doing well the last few months and then I started getting overconfident I guess which led me to not marking down what I was eating and everything just has gotten out of control - so I need to regroup and do this over again. This teeter-totter mode is getting old.
84.4 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
