It is day 3 and I was sick as a dog yesterday but I kept to it and weighed in today! Hooray for the loss! I kind of eased my way into the diet by eating salads for lunch the week before and cutting back (drastically) on the stuff that was not so good for you. Who knew the little changes would help so much!?!?!
117.4 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 31.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
