Wow. Go away for 4 days and lose over a kilo. Obviously my body is metabolising well. I ate mostly my own cooking up there. Only one lunch purchased. And that was light. I'm now aware of what I put in my mouth. Getting so close to my next goal now of 70kg.
72.7 kg Lost so far: 23 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
