Ok, 112. Did not expect that! Lite breakfast after hot & humid walk. (1 hour) Just a half scoop of protein powder in my 1/2 cup of coffee and some blueberries. Echocardiogram today to address heart murmur; then to see MIL.
50.8 kg Lost so far: 51.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
