Happy Friday! Taking the kids camping this weekend & hoping to walk the 3.5 mile trail near by.

87.2 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg. Still to go: 16.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
