Serenitydee's Journal, 23 Jul 17

I am now 71.4kg. A total loss so far of 31.3kg. Loss of 900g for the week which is great especially as I get into the lower sizes. Yesterday I fit my first size 8 ever as an adult. Firm but fit easily. Bitter sweet moment as I'm confused by all the gov't indicators now concerning whether you are overweight or not overweight. Recently my BMI dropped under 30 and is currently exactly 29 which is still in the overweight range. Over 30 was considered obese. However, for me to get out of the overweight range I estimate using these APP's and govt websites that I need to be below 58kg so My BMI is under the magic 25. My question is this . . . If I'm already fitting size 8's and I lose another 13.5 kg to be under 58kg what size will I be. Don't get me wrong, there is still some to lose. I can see it. However, I've had 4 kids, I'm a mum. and I'm proud of my body. Saying that, I dont have any loose skin yet. It's all sucked up. My flabby arms lose size then firm. So weird. My overhanging belly has sucked up too and still is firming, all without exercise. I took photos. My body and skin are fixing themselves. How? I don't know. All I can put it down to is clean food, and no processed meats and foods containing niitrates and other additives that impede the cleansing organs doing their work efficiently. My organs have been able to absorb nutrients efficiently and process food efficiently. When I ate processed meat it clogged up my gallbladder. I know that. I had severe pain and reflux back in September 2016. Gall stones and kidney stones back then. I would throw up if I lay down. it took nearly 2 months of no processed meats for my poor gall bladder to detox before my weight started to drop. Before my body started to work properly. Slowly but surely my metabolism picked up. Only 100g per week at first. Then 200g and so on. I was told oh something must be wrong but all my research said this must work. It made sense. So I stuck to it. At this stage my Ortho surgeon still won't let me walk on uneven ground following a partial removal of my peroneal tendon around my ankle. So I have proof this has all been done without exercise. All! To me that proves also that my weight gain was predominantly due to the food I ate. I would never have believed it myself when I started. I'd never have thought I could lose this much with diet alone and no intervention from doctors, dieticians or chemicals. A full body scan in May showed my gall bladder, kidneys etc are all clear. No thickening of the walls either which the doctor said she expected. Bowel pristine. Gastro's words. I will be going back to the doctor for a full checkup again later this year, after I buy that bikini. In the meantime I'll continue down to 65kg. My next goal is 70kg which I estimate I should reach in a couple of weeks. Until then . . . . Onwards and downwards. 😀❤

Hey hope you managed some exercise again today. Recovery from flu or illness gets many of us. I was sick 3 times last year and it showed on the scales. But we know what needs to be done. I'm here to say Get back on your bike! Just do it!!"

No Flow3rbell, I can't exercise. Not allowed yet. Had an op last October and Ortho surgeon has not let me walk on uneven ground yet. But I know it will get better over time. That's why I'm so ecstatic about losing all this weight without any exercise so far. But it shows me that my Weight gain was mainly my diet. Sad but true. I won't let It happen again though. 😊

My own eating plan Mama Isabella. I eat normal food. Full fat. No processed meats and limited processed food. Portion control. 1200. cals. Keep carbs down a bit but still eat all food groups. Processed sugar is the enemy. No exercise due to op. So far its all done with food.
