Not impressed given the only relax I had was on Sunday and then it was a small meal. Plus I reduced cals to adjust for it. Anyway it's gone up 200g again. I suppose since Saturday it's gone up half a kilo. Mmmm. Not concerned though as I looked back at my weight graph and I was due for another plateau. Also back at work this week after two weeks off so a tad stressed, to say the least. Physio was painful yesterday so didn't sleep well again, and we all know how important sleep is for your metabolism to work efficiently. Plus two friends who aren't well and I'm worried about them. And a cousin that suddenly hasn't been answering her phone. Worried there too. So all up maybe I'm not handling the daily stresses too well. Understandable. We are all human. So I'll continue with the good food. And I'll ride this plateau out, as I've done before. Eventually I will win, because I don't give up. Good food, natural foods where possible, no processed meat, full fat, sugars the enemy, portion control. Onwards and downwards. 😄
