Another bunny hop up of 300g. I knowing It's just an adjustment. Overall this week I lost 600g. Sitting at 67.9kg to day. Measurement wise my hips and legs decreased. Fitting size 8 even better now. Neck also went back down as I thought it would. Everything else stayed the same. I'm sure the neck size change was due to stress. Anyway 2.9 kg to next goal of 65 kg. ETA mid to late September. Onwards and downwards. ❤
67.9 kg Lost so far: 27.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
