Well another 600g drop overnight. She's moving again now. Down down down. BMI now 27.1 down from 41.7. Lost nearly 36 kg. I buy 3 kg bags of potatoes. That's 12 of those. I can't carry those. How did I carry all that extra weight? Next goal less than 2kg away. ETA mid to late September, only a few weeks away. Onwards and downwards. ❤
66.8 kg Lost so far: 28.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Well done! Did you focus mainly on diet or included an exercise plan too?

Chrisgp I'm not allowed to exercise yet due to removal of part of tendon in ankle. Just got clearance to start light strengthening only.
