Resisted the urge for Olive Garden on Sunday. On day 5 now of Healthy Figures and seems to be going well. I just hate the fact that i have to eat vegtables... i dont like many veggies.
101.4 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 19.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
