I have moved the goalposts. My target is now 80kg. This is where it gets harder.
As long as I can stay within the daily recommended intake of calories( which is another way of saying food) then the weight should keep going down. I have almost got past the wanting to eat all the time so the next goal is to stop thinking about food. Thats the hard bit beacuse I do enjoy cooking.
90 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
