Easy to maintain this weight now I know what to do. It goes up it comes down. Went away for nearly 2 weeks. Only gained 2 kg. Easy to lose. I was worried my metabolism would be stuffed by eating with family where I had no choice or limited choice of foods. Plus having later forced on me was not nice. I prefer preparing food for myself. Even travelling I'm fine as I can make choices. I understand those choices now. But when you're staying with someone and they insist on doing all the food prep then it's very difficult. No worries. My metabolism is obviously still working well. Went up to 67. Got back Friday, it's already down to 65.9. In another couple of weeks I'll look at maintenance. For now I'm back on my diet.
65.9 kg Lost so far: 29.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

2kg is not much of a gain over two weeks. Well done for having lost 1 already.

I know. I was careful but sometimes you just have got to go with the flow to keep the peace. All good unless you continue going with that flow I suppose. Obviously I didn't so back on my new way of eating and lost that excess nearly already. Been in hospital overnight for wrist op only, so now home and into my own eating plan again. Not scared of food anymore. I control it rather than the other way around. I feel so much more positive about it all. Onwards and downwards. 😀

That's great you don't feel scared of food anymore and have learnt how to control your eating. I wouldn't say I'm in as much control with my eating, although I keep trying, but I'm no longer scared that I'll never get to my goal (which isn't an actual figure on the scales but when I decide I'm slim). I hope your wrist soon recovers 🙂
