Ok so I finished up for the week 2 kgs less. I fasted 2 days, and the weekend I ate more than I was hoping to, so overall, 2kgs loss is good. I hope everyone else is travelling well.
98 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 28 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
