I normally eat breakfast and a small snack before lunch. Lunch is usually anytime before 3pm. I am fortunate that I do not have any food allergies. I do not usually eat dinner, if I happen to eat something in the evening...it usually is a small snack before 7pm. I drink a lot of water every day, I love to have my coffee every morning with a little bit of creamer.
