Maintenance

64.9 kg and doing fine. Lost the carbs I gained when I was away last week. Woohoo!

Onwards and downwards and doing fine. 😀
64.9 kg Lost so far: 30.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
