Not ready to go but gotta give it some effort. 5 weeks after major surgery I feel I can start. Feeling ok. 1st day of a ketosis diet, time is 1:30pm and I already have a headache. Going to be a rough week as I had been consuming junk and will pay severely for this. Given where I am now my goal is to be 98kg by Christmas 2018 then loose rest gradually. Its game-on for me now and time to focus.
144.9 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 57.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
