So far so good, starting to get some decent sleep, doing some home exercises, body now in ketosis, just 10 more days of induction and then I will start a balanced low carb diet. Will start some gym classes next week however I am so unfit its not funny I will look like a total quack but I guess Rome was not built in a day. I am going to take some before pictures so I can visually see the difference when I reach my goal.
