Weighed my self this morning and I am happy with the weight loss. I have been reading up on how to establish a clean diet. Saw an interesting video from Dr Steven Gundry not sure how accurate it is but I agree with the first 2 foods to avoid and they can automatically be considered banned from my list of never to eat foods, the third lectins, I will leave out for now but I will perform my own independent research on this. I am looking forward to a big week and will give it my all. With the way I am feeling now I have no reason what so ever to return to a high carb based diet even though I slept at 3am as I was consoling a friends of mine that had just had a death in their family. This is the best I have felt in the last year. Starting Gym tomorrow morning. I will take it easy as I do not need any unnecessary injuries. I want to build up to being able to complete a beginner crossfit class.
142.1 kg Lost so far: 12 kg.    Still to go: 55.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
