Hmm no weight loss for yesterday, bit frustrating thought I could keep losing 500g per day, guess not. Seems I may have hit a little bit of a plateau. I looked at my food yesterday and it was pretty much perfect. I will stay clean though. I have been busy so skipped my breakfast (not good) so will see what happens. I am mixing Keto with intermittent fasting. Will see the results in 3 weeks time, however it seems I may have to start exercising sooner than I thought.
141.3 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 54.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
