This is perhaps my biggest drop ever, I weigh myself 3 times everyday to make sure weight is correct. I guess the body corrected for yesterdays plateau. I usually chuck in a lot of exercise to try and gain muscle whilst losing weight but for now I am settling for burning fat, so not overexerting myself. Exercise will be strictly limited when I start as I need to be careful not to increase cortisol. My plan is that if I can run a clean Keto I can drop at least 2.5kg per week. Anyway had some physilium husks and a probiotic this morning. I must say those husks are absolutely foul tasting but took them as they are as I did not need any extra carbs. Do not know how long this phase will last those husks where awful but I need the fibre. I am now also doing the intermittant fasting thing combined with Keto, and low exercise as I do not need my body to stress out so will see how this turns out.
140.1 kg Lost so far: 14 kg.    Still to go: 53.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
