I have gained a bit of weight yesterday even after zero binging and Intermittant fasting, however I have am happy, I ate well I feel more energetic, I walk different, Stature is coming along so I have many reasons to smile. I am however going to be changing my scale I do not need the number of fluctuations it gives me evry morning. Will probably buy Tanita as my research shows they make reliable scales however a bit on the pricey side but I guess this will be an investment. Other positive reviews where for US based scales and I'm in Oz so stuck for choice.
139.1 kg Lost so far: 15 kg.    Still to go: 52.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I bought Tanita 8 yrs ago and have had no troubles. They should last for a long time so worth the expense.
