I stepped on the scale this morning and low and behold I gained 300g. However I could not be happier. I am eating right, I have managed to go to the gym at least 3 times this week, I feel energetic, I am getting things done efficiently at work. I have given it my best and I am satisfied and will continue on the journey. I reckon the 300g is water retention from gym weight sessions. New scale that was sitting in my cupboard is good,happy with that. Off to enjoy the weekend.

Good suggestion, could be that hopefully, seeing protein levels I eat, however it is fairly difficult to gain that much muscle given the short time length and caloric deficit I am running, thanks
