I am a bit confused about BMI calculator recommended calories of 2400 per day. I have never eaten more than 1500. if I eat more than 1500 I put weight on?
111 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 16 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
