A bit disappointed. Iv been fairly strict over the last week, carbs under 20g. My only treats- 3 squares of dark choc, I cut all alcohol except Sunday night I had 2 glasses of Pinot (which kept my macros correct) I’m at omad, iv checked my macros are correct with admin. Although I have eaten when I didn’t need to with eating compliant stuff on board, don’t want to get into that habit. Doing per return today, have my meal. That’s all I need!
My uniform dress belt is back to 3 holes, so there’s a small change, better than no change.
76.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
