Had a good weekend. Have been good with my food full on keto. Waiting for when I can have full body scan before I change up things. Thought I would have lost more weight however it seems I may have gained a bit of muscle as I can see that in my body fram.

Eightpac!! I'm being a chicken and avoiding too much exercise until I've lost some weight. Partly it's to protect my creaky hip and knee joints, but partly also so I can see some slimness before I start working up again. My arms, legs and face are looking slimmer and my middle aged belly is still there! Another 2 months!!!

Hi Wilpena I think exercise is important however with knee joints and hip you have to be careful. I had quite a severe knee injury where my meniscus was damaged to the point I was looking forward to a knee replacement. I bought some medicine in powder form that had Chondroitin, MSM and glucosamine, literally changed my life and my moms too. Now I am pain free. Not sure what part of the word you are in so cannot give you a brand only that you need to make sure medicine contains 3 items above. In terms of belly I do sit-ups every second day now and its surprising how much my stomach has gone down. Anyway keep soldering on and do not starve yourself too much did that and since Friday lost 100g. Upped my food intake from today.

You are right. My daughter hassles me to do sit ups (she's 20 and has an eight pack too!!!). I will get into that. My older sister swears by that Chondroitin mix you said. It's easily available in Australia and has had a lot of promotion. I took it for a while and just ran out or something. I've really only had joint pain for a few months so i didn't take it seriously. My doc has told me to have an Xray and I'm postponing it! Slipped and fell (literally on a lettuce leaf in a supermarket!!!) a couple years ago and may well have a hairline fracture going back that long. It's a bitch getting old!
