oops I'm not feeling too great about myself at the minute. stuck in between sizes and having problems with bloated belly and even swollen fingers not sure why but I know when I diet I feel better not just physically but mentally

Have you been to doctors about the swelling coz my brother was suffering the same and was given some sort of tablets and he fine now x

I think will have to I kept going for awful pain they senter me for blood tests and scans not gall bladder or anything now the swelling. I can look 6 months pregnant some days next day flat it's making me miserable

It’s definitely sounds like what my brother had. a revisit to the doctor is a must and tell them you think you need water retention tablet coz of the swelling. All the best x

An appointment sounds in order. Since they seem to take so long to get these days, as preparation track what you eat, when you eat it and your waist measurement at various times as an indication of your bloatedness (or wrists, ankles, thighs, whatever seems to bloat most). It might help your GP and possibly identify some foods that make you worse. All the best - I hope you feel better soon.

Well woke up bloated and always dehydrated and gained 6lb from yesterday again it's a constant fluctuation
