Lost a bit of weight. Overall I am very happy with FS, it has provided me with a platform to record my meals and reflect on my progress. My reflection for today is a qoute I heard someone else qoute this week which is, hard work never killed anyone (probably not true). To an extent I feel I can do better but everything has to be in moderation. My sleep is getting better (5.5 hrs+) as I am slowly converting from working at night to leaving my computer in the study, very soon I will also leave my phones there and buy an old school alarm clock to minimise disturbance. My aim is to get to 8 hrs a night as I need that to maximise the day will see how I go in the next few months.
130.2 kg Lost so far: 23.9 kg.    Still to go: 43.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
