I went all out yesterday in order to achieve a lower value on the scale. Whilst that may not be the best way to do things I just wanted to achieve a lower weight. As a result my caloric intake was way too low and I felt it after gym class funnily enough at least not during. So now I am feeling a bit lethargic however I know I have to pick myself up. Will be making some green tea shortly must be something in there as everytime I drink it I just have that special feeling and my energy is revived. Must have some caffeine or something to it. Going to import about 500g at a cost of $156 ($230 in Aus) from China as the quality is just impeccable never seen anything like that and it just makes my weight loss easier. Anyway time to get back to my normal day and soldier on.

eightpac, do you import your tea through Amazon.com, or directly from the manufacturer in China? What brand is it that you consider to be most effective in giving you the positive feelings and revive your energy. I NEED an energetic revival!

Hi Debbie, I order from a company called Goartea in China. They are on Amazon and Ebay. The green tea is called Long Jing (Dragonwell). I bought the Organic Nonpareil Supreme West Lake Xi Hu Xihu Dragon Well Long Jing Spring Leaf green tea. The quality is absolutely outstanding the best I have ever had. When you drink it you can immediately tell and you can feel it. I usually take it when I am feeling lethargic and it puts me in the correct place. You will need to brew it at no more than 80 degrees celsius. Hope that helps

I've never used tea that wasn't in a teabag. I don't even know how to use just tea leaves, and BOY that stuff is expensive!

I know cost is absolutely through the roof, but your body will thank you for it. I am still trying to get cheaper sources with authentic high quality but it seems I may have to fly to China. I will only do that if I can couple that with a work trip or something but will not waste money flying there just for tea.
