I wish this was a real weigh loss but I have been extremely sick with a stomach bug and very dehydrated. 3 out of 4 kids are down for the count too! :(

76.2 kg Lost so far: 22.3 kg. Still to go: 5.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
