Goal today is to rehydrate.
76.1 kg Lost so far: 22.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

Great goal. Seldom do I feel as weak as when the electrolytes run low. Had a couple of weeks without vegetables and low amount of sea salt. Resulted in great laziness, fatigue, and muscle pain. Now, with respect, I eat my greens and salt my meat well.
