Happy with weight-loss. My day was busy yesterday however kept the eating right maybe too much protein. I am starting to get a clear head around things which is good. Went to see doctor regarding my knee, so will get a CT scan first and if they can see anything I may have to get an MRI. Will see how I go.
126.3 kg Lost so far: 27.8 kg.    Still to go: 39.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
