Had a good weekend lost weight, got in 2 good workouts. Although I am losing weight I have the feeling I can do better by tweaking a few things. I am going to have to see what to give up to create more time for me to organise and rest. I should be at a minimum during the week getting in at least 2 workouts, Cardio morning and weights as some other time of the day. To reduce cortisol I will however be cutting workouts to a max of 40 mins and that's it. The trick is to balance family and work into this.
126 kg Lost so far: 28.1 kg.    Still to go: 39 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
