Feeling good and energetic the way it should be. Happy with weight-loss, I just found out yesterday that my shoulder (diagnosed Shoulder Impingement via ultrasound) that has been giving me issues for last 5 months is my fault. I thought by not sleeping on that side for last 5 months it would have time to heal. But alas it meant shoulder is now tight as it has not been stretched for 5 months. Have booked an appointment with the physio this afternoon. My knee seems to be getting better, gave it a bit of magic formula Glucosamine, Ch and MSM, which helped me out last time I had a serious knee injury and my mum who can now walk because of that. Now all in one day my knees have stopped creaking so happy with that.
125.3 kg Lost so far: 28.8 kg.    Still to go: 38.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
