Eating cookies today....gotta stop giving myself slack for a pound lost here and there.

Stopping pigging out on suggggggarr!!!!
140.2 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I would suggest banning all junk food from your home, then you have at least one safe haven. You will never get past your cravings and desire for those bad carbs if you don't cut them out, cold turkey. Yes, it is HARD but you CAN do it!!
