Massive drop in weight yesterday I am extremely happy with this. This week has been really good to me. What is amazing is I skipped gym Tuesday and Wednesday and I am better of than when I went continuously. I think I was stressing my body because leading to an increase in cortisol. Also I drank white tea yesterday instead of green tea. True test will be to see what I will be weighing tomorrow. Besides my knee feeling great. I guess weight loss is an everyday I learn something new, kind of thing.
122.3 kg Lost so far: 31.8 kg.    Still to go: 35.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
