Have been sick (Cold, Sore Throat, Headache) since Saturday hence limited postings but starting to get better. I have stayed hard-fast with the diet. Right now trying my best and just going through the motions to get to my goal. Feeling pretty ordinary due to bug I caught. Will hit the Gym at lunch and see what happens. Taking my joint support formula which cost me a small fortune but ingredients are all researched and I am already beginning to notice positive effects on my knees even one with little problems. Have a lot of work on so will need to see how I can balance work-life. Starting to look good in my clothes which is a good positive.

What joint support formula do you use, I squat 100 kilos plus but my knees are holding me back

Hi Miss-Tammie I have a few items in my arsenal 1. Most Effective - Nutralife Joint Formula + MSM. This packs 1.5g Glucosamine, 1.5g MSM and 1.2g of Chondroitin. I have found no other more effective formula however it is powder and tastes a bit iffy at times so I also have below 2. Herron OsteoEze Active + MSM same dosings as above but in pill form however somehow powder seems to work faster and better. 3. Wild Krill Oil, High Strength 1000mg 4. Blooms Green Lipped Mussel 5. Bioglan Curcumin Plus Pain relief. I know above is overkill but I wanted a remedy as natural as it gets and I was now struggling to walk at times, skipping gym and could hear my knees creaking going up stairs. With above everything is coming into balance so happy with that. Hope that helps, thanks

Also at a 100 kilos+ you can consider knee wraps, for me they were magical only used them last week for the first time. All the best

Hi Miss-Tammie, had not realised the 100kg squat plus, that is very impressive, keep up the good work, I hope to get there myself in the next 4 months. I have realised over the last few months how important squatting is I was a bit top-heavy as my go to exercises where chest, back, shoulders hated legs
