I am happy with weight loss results this week. Overall I have achieved this by 1. Being lazier than usual because I was sick, 2. Having a breakfast protein (Used to skip this), 3.Having only filtered water, 4. No cardio this week as yet but 3 small gym sessions Avg less than 40mins so brings me to think maybe my diet and exercise where not the best. Will keep researching.
120.4 kg Lost so far: 33.7 kg.    Still to go: 33.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
