well I fell off the IF wagon for a week and ended up craving carbs and put on 2kg. Time to refocus on my goals and decrease my cortisol levels.
110 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
