Knew weight gain would happen went to a restaurant last night that specialises in ribs and went crazy. I guess I can count on one hand how many times I have done that in the past two and a half months which is good. I like reflecting as it enables better future decisions but faced with the same situation the only difference would be I would choose the beef ribs over the pork. I guess sometimes you just need to enjoy life. This week will be crazy busy for me but I will make it work no matter what.
120.7 kg Lost so far: 33.4 kg.    Still to go: 33.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
