Happy with weight-loss most I have done in 1 day. I actually weighed myself 3 times to believe this and the weight was the same even when I moved scale for my 3rd weigh-in check so pretty happy about this. Also just measured my ketone levels and they are currently at 2.9 mmol/L which is amazing and not easy to do. Few things I did differently yesterday, had a breakfast drink no fasting, my total fat was up to around 50g from the steak I had. I also went to the gym at around 6pm and worked legs using sissy weight. It was about form for me and time under tension. I had a great workout better than most days when I am squatting 3 times the weight with knee straps. So for me now it is back to basics focusing on the little habits that give you that extra 500g weight-loss per week. I reckon have 2 more months of this then I change-up my diet as my fibre is too low. I have been spending a fortune on pro-biotics to get me through approx 100-400 billion good bacteria. Feeling great right now days like these make dieting feel good. So far 1.2/12 have until 30 May 2018 to lose 12kg and I will track everyday so good start.
118.3 kg Lost so far: 35.8 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
