Life is going pretty good for me right now in the weight-loss world. Funnily enough I am not doing morning cardio of which I should. I am feeling good so I guess my cortisol levels are low. Hope I can keep up the trend. No more intermittent fasting, grand macho exercise regimes cycling or walking that are more than 1 hr. Anymore than that I find spoils my weight-loss for days as it takes too much of a strain on my body resulting in my body going into crisis mode. I will follow my new happy day theory and see how everything goes. Now taking a Vit-D supplement on top of my useless multi-vitamins to complement my lack of Vit-D.
117.6 kg Lost so far: 36.5 kg.    Still to go: 30.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
