Have had good results over the last week. I am now at a stage where I can experiment more with my food. Initially I needed the quick weight-loss for my sleep apnea rehab. For starters vege greens are back on every day as well as a meat component. I need the fibre. Will see how long I keep up the keto way of life I might just do it indefinitely till I reach about 8% body fat because keto keeps me full and energetic.
116 kg Lost so far: 38.1 kg.    Still to go: 29 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
