Gazelle&3lb weights 60-90 minutes per day. Gaining so change diet- 1400-1500 calories, change macros and eat more protein as well as caffeine before working out.

I had limited caffeine, was getting 1/2 the recommended protein, twice the carbs based on what online calculations say I should have based on weight and height. Also says 3-5 hours a week ain’t enough so.. 5-7 is my new goal. Come on body, need ten pounds off by the 24th!
68.1 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 11.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
