work is insane. i have pack walk tonight, intend to go, will take it easy. foot is 99%.

family stuff on the horizon (looming). going to need to lean hard on others to get through. on the other hand, it's time to grow up and deal with some people directly. will work on responding directly and firmly, but with kindness. need to form some resolve though. that's going to be the hard part. we're not talking food. need to figure that out, too, though.

did okay yesterday, stuck to proteins and salad, one strawberry (wow) and piece of pineapple. faked my way through a sliver of cheesecake and tossed most of it when they weren't looking. allowed myself two light beers, did more yard work (8 more bags of mulch and 6 bags of potting mix) and projects before, did a hard swim after. maintained this morning.
