Woke at 207.0, down 5.0 from yesterday after a good fasting day. Doing it again today. Feel great. UPDATE: At 4:30, I grabbed 15 minutes of vitamin D outside and then took more supplements. Weighed in after that and got a 205.2 number. Will fast through the rest of the day and until Emily arrives tomorrow to visit before we leave on vacation. UPDATE: Weighed in at 9:30 and got to 204.0. Been working all day on some last minute projects before I head out on vacation. Trying to finish up today so we can pack and visit with Em tomorrow. Em wants to cook out tomorrow, so it will be brats and burgers at some point!
